Secure Infrastructure

A hardened network foundation that stays hardened, with drift detected rather than discovered.

Networks rarely fail all at once. They drift — a firewall rule added for a project and never removed, firmware a version behind, a wireless access point that has been rebooting itself for a month. Nobody notices until the day it matters, usually while a client is waiting. We design the foundation properly, monitor it continuously, and detect configuration drift as it happens rather than during an incident. Every quarter we sit down and review how it actually performed, with data instead of impressions.

What changes

Problems surface before people do

Monitoring that catches the failing switch before anyone raises a ticket about it.

Changes do not quietly accumulate

Configuration drift detected and corrected, so what you signed off is still what is running.

Site-wide, not desk-wide

Coverage that includes the warehouse, the workshop and the far corner of the building, not just the office.

What we actually monitor

Configuration, not just uptime

Most monitoring tells you when something has stopped. Drift detection tells you when something has changed — a firewall rule added for a project and never removed, a switch config edited during an outage and never reverted. Those changes are what turn a working network into a fragile one.

Firmware, which nobody thinks about

Switches, access points and firewalls run software too, and it is the software that gets forgotten. A device on firmware three years old is a device with published vulnerabilities anyone can look up.

The whole site, not just the office

Wireless that works at reception and fails in the warehouse is a common and expensive problem. Coverage gets designed and measured across the building you actually occupy, including the parts with thick walls and metal in them.

A quarterly review with real data

Every quarter we go through how the network actually performed — what failed, what drifted, what is ageing out of support and what should be budgeted for. It is a conversation about evidence rather than impressions.

What it costs

Managed IT and security is priced per user, per month, with Microsoft/Google platform management charged as one flat monthly band on top. The full numbers are published rather than hidden behind a quote.

Method

How we work

Assess

Document what exists, including the parts nobody wants to discuss.

Standardise

Remove the variation that causes most incidents.

Secure

Apply controls and prove they are working.

Operate

Run it day to day against agreed measures.

Improve

Review quarterly with real data, not a slide.

Then round again — reviewed quarterly

Next step

When did anyone last check the firewall?

Configuration drifts quietly, and nobody notices until something breaks. Thirty minutes and we'll tell you what has changed since it was set up.
