Plenty of businesses run without an IT department. They have someone who is good with computers, a spreadsheet of passwords, and a nagging sense that something important is not being done. Modern Workplace replaces that with one managed standard: every user set up the same way, every device known and protected, every policy applied consistently, whether someone is in the office, at home or on a client site. Your people get unlimited remote support from a UK-based service desk, and an engineer on site when something needs hands on it.
One standard
Every user, device and policy managed the same way
What is included
- Managed Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Identity protection and MFA enforcement
- Hardening aligned to security best practice
- Patch management and application governance
- Monthly compliance-ready reporting
- Unlimited remote support for managed devices
What changes
Nobody waits
Unlimited remote support with no cap on tickets, so people stop putting up with problems because raising them feels like a hassle.
Nothing is unknown
Every device, user and licence accounted for. No forgotten laptop in a drawer still holding company data.
Starters and leavers take minutes
A new joiner is productive on day one. A leaver loses access the moment they should.
What managed actually means here
Every device is known
A machine nobody has enrolled is a machine nobody can patch, encrypt or wipe. Enrolment is the first thing we do, and it is what makes the leaver process work: access and company data can be removed from a laptop you will never physically see again.
Multi-factor with no exceptions
MFA only works if it has no gaps, and the usual gap is an exemption granted to a director who found it inconvenient. That puts the hole in the account with the most access. We apply it to everybody, including the people who ask not to have it.
Patching that is checked, not assumed
Updates go out on a schedule and are then verified. The monthly report shows which machines are current and which are not, which is the difference between believing you are patched and being able to show an insurer that you are.
Support with no meter running
Remote support is unlimited rather than counted. Where businesses pay per ticket, people learn to put up with small problems, and putting up with small problems is how staff end up working around your security rather than with it.
What it costs
Managed IT and security is priced per user, per month, with Microsoft/Google platform management charged as one flat monthly band on top. The full numbers are published rather than hidden behind a quote.
