We look after businesses from sole traders up to around a hundred users, and both ends of that are real. Some of our clients are one person with a laptop and a duty to keep client data safe. Others are hundred-user manufacturers where a stopped line costs money by the hour.
If you are under ten people, you are not too small to ask. There is no minimum headcount. Plenty of providers will not take you on below a certain size. We will — it is the same work, there is just less of it.
You can buy support on its own for £19.99 per user, per month. That buys unlimited remote support: when something breaks, you ring us and we fix it. What it does not buy is us looking after Microsoft 365, your security policies, your devices and your backups in the background.
Most people want the rest of it. Microsoft/Google platform management is charged as one flat monthly figure for the whole business, not per user — £49.99 up to five people, £99 up to ten, £149 up to twenty and £199 up to forty. Above forty we quote it properly rather than guess. Nightly backup with tested restores is £6 to £10 per user, depending on how long you need it kept and how much there is.
For a typical ten-person business, managed IT works out at around £580 a month, or roughly £58 per user. A sole trader is about £98 a month, because the platform costs the same to run whether one person uses it or five.
We are Ofcom registered, so broadband, leased lines, mobiles and cloud telephony come from us as well. Cloud telephony starts at £6 per user. That means one supplier, one support relationship and fewer bills to reconcile — and when something goes wrong, nobody to point at but us.
Most people we quote tell us they expected it to cost more. We have not lost a client in almost three years.
All prices exclude VAT.

The terms, in plain English
Twelve months, with sixty days to change your mind
We ask for a twelve month term. You get the first sixty days to decide it was the right call. If it was not, we refund every penny you have paid us for support and send you £100 to say sorry for wasting your time. We have never had to.
No onboarding fee, no minimum headcount
You are not charged to become a client, and you are not too small to be one. The price starts at one user and works the same way all the way up.
What moves the number
Hours of cover, how long you need backups kept and how much data there is, what you have to evidence for Cyber Essentials or ISO 27001, and how many sites you run. We tell you which of those apply before you commit, not after.
Service desk
Every ticket has a fix target, not just a response target
Every ticket gets a priority when it is raised, and each priority carries both a response target and a fix target. These are our standard service desk targets, and we report against them every month.
The service desk is UK based. You speak to the people who look after your systems, not a queue that hands you on.
Standard targets
- Priority one, a fault stopping the business — answered in 1 hour, fixed in 4
- Priority two, a fault stopping a person or a team — answered in 4 hours, fixed in 24
- Priority three, degraded but working — answered in 8 hours, fixed in 48
- Priority four, requests and changes — completed within 5 working days
